Shipping Instructions

1) How to Ship Your Shoes to Us

1. Place your order online or DM us to confirm your service.

2. Remove loose dirt or debris before packing.

3. Pack securely in a sturdy box (no envelopes). Wrap each shoe to prevent scuffs.

4. Include a note inside with: Full Name, Email, Phone Number, Return Address, Service Type

(Basic / Deluxe / The Works / Sole Icing / Restoration), and any special notes.

5. Ship to:

6. Send your tracking number to Verifi3dworks@yahoo.com or DM @Verifi3d_works.

2) Return Shipping

• We return ship with USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.

• Flat rate: $15 per pair (includes tracking + $100 insurance).

• Need faster shipping or extra insurance? Contact us before return shipping.

3) Turnaround Time

• Average turnaround is 7–10 business days after shoes are received depending on service.

• Complex restorations may take longer.

4) Important Packing Notes

• Do not send original boxes you want to keep.

• Remove accessories you don’t want cleaned.

• Label each pair clearly if sending multiple.

5) Communication & Updates

• We’ll send a confirmation once we receive your shoes.

• You’ll receive before/after photos and return tracking when shipped.

6) Liability & Insurance

• Verifi3d Works is not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed shipments.

• Insure inbound shipments for shoe value.

• Outbound shipping includes $100 carrier insurance (additional available).

7) Unclaimed Items

• Unclaimed shoes after 14 days from completion will be resold or donated.
